• Avoid alcohol, caffeine or other diuretic substances and drink plenty of water 24 hours before your appointment; we are targeting the water within your skin, so the more hydrated you are, the better the results will be.
• Avoid exfoliating acids the night before and on the day of your appointment.
• Avoid retinol 3 days before your treatment and avoid retinoids 2 weeks before.
• Perform hair removal 1 week before if you need to.

You can resume your regular makeup and skincare routine after 12 hours. However, it is important to follow any specific aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.

• A high protection sunscreen should be used after treatments and sun exposure should be avoided for 2 weeks post-treatment. Apply SPF daily.
• Blistering is very rare but can occur. If this happens to you, please contact the clinic for further advice.
