Submit a Prescription

How to submit your prescription:

1. Patients: If you are a patient in need of prescription medication, and you have a valid prescription, please follow the steps below:
   • Upload a clear image or PDF of your private prescription.
   • Provide your contact information for communication regarding your prescription.
2. Clinicians: If you are a clinician referring a patient to us for prescription dispensing, please follow the steps below:

• • Upload a clear image or PDF of the private prescription for your patient.
  • Provide your contact information and the patient details in the form below and please advise who to contact regarding the prescription payment and delivery.

Once you have submitted your form

After you have submitted the form above, please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response, although we aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Our pharmacist will proceed to prepare or order your prescribed medication, and you will receive a payment link to make payment for your items, or we will let you know when they are ready for collection.

Please ensure the original prescription is posted to Omniya, 3a Montpelier Street, Knightsbridge, SW71EX as soon as possible.
