Our expert team at Omniya will take you on a skin journey to ensure you achieve the best results and most importantly, maintain skin health with our complimentary digital skin consultations. We will advise you on the best treatments and products for you to use at home, which we can send out to you, or arrange in the comfort of our London Clinic at a suitable time.
We pride ourselves in continuous care and advice, providing you with a detailed plan that your specialist will email over to you after a thorough analysis. This includes the overview of what was discussed, advice based on this, product instructions, treatment course plan if required and a follow up timeline with results guidance.
Complimentary Virtual Skin Consultations
Complimentary follow-ups are continuous and just as important as your initial consultation to monitor your skin progress. You will be able to contact your personal skin specialist via direct email, arrange a video or phone call and you will be provided with continuous support during your skin journey.
An online analysis is a great way to discuss any skin issues you might be experiencing with one of our experts in the safety and comfort of your own home, even if you live abroad.

The consultation starts with a thorough assessment of your skin, medical history and your current regime, followed by some suggestions to help improve and maintain your skin for the future. Your skin specialist will provide you with an ideal opportunity to discuss any skin concerns you have, or might be experiencing, whilst assessing which solutions will be best for you, to provide you the desired results.
Each session lasts between 20-45 minutes, with one of our experts providing an in-depth assessment on the condition of your skin, discussing any concerns you may have, and advising on the best steps you can take to improve your skincare routine.
Our team of skin specialists are on hand to answer any questions you may have from what products to use for tired and dull complexions to what ingredients you need to use to clear up breakouts or for more simple concerns such as daily skin regimens.
How Do We Determine Your Skin Type?
Your skin specialist will meet with you (in person or virtually) to discuss your concerns, and go through a series of questions. The responses you provide will give us insight into your individual skin type and needs.
Which Products Are You Currently Using?
We kindly ask you to bring all your skincare products to your appointment (in person or virtually) for an evaluation on what you can continue to use and what will need to be replaced and/or added.
What Does The Skin Consultation Include?
- A comprehensive consultation to discuss your skin conditions or concerns.
- A thorough assessment of the products you are currently using to determine if they are correct for your current skin condition, and if you are using them correctly.
- A personalized regimen to help address specific skin concerns such as breakouts, pigmentation, and dehydration.
How Do I Book?
You can book your skin consultation online – you can find this service listed under the ‘complimentary skin consultations’ section on our online booking system. You can also call us on 020 7584 4777 to book your appointment or send an email to hello@omniya.co.uk.
Once you book your appointment, we will send you a digital consultation form to fill out so one of our specialists can find out more about your existing skincare routine, your concerns as well as any lifestyle or diet factors that could be impacting your skin.
We will also send you an appointment confirmation email. If you are having a virtual consultation, this will include a link so you can easily connect with us.
What Happens After The Consultation?
After the consultation, your skin specialist will send you a personalised skin plan including all the products and treatments she has recommended along with a step by step product guide.
We recommend booking in for a Follow-up Consultation 30 days after the initial consultation so you can discuss your skin journey with us and we can assess your bespoke plan and see if it needs any adjustments or to address new skin concerns.
However, you can contact your personal skin specialist if you have any questions or concerns before then.
