What Happens During My TUMMYtite Appointments?
All of our appointments begin with a detailed consultation. A full medical history is taken, and Dr Ayad will discuss the areas you are concerned about before assessing them to ensure that you are a suitable candidate for the TUMMYtite procedure. The treatment will normally take around 2 hours to complete.
The treatment is administered using the TUMMYtite machine. Small incisions are first made in the skin and then, using radio waves, the fat is broken down and the collagen is contracted. This will help to tighten the skin of the area that is being treated. The machine relays information in real time to the team, allowing them to monitor the procedure carefully at every step. Once the procedure is completed the incision sites will be stitched and then dressed. The medical team will discuss the aftercare of your incisions with you and make a follow up appointment for you so that stitches can be removed.
