Deborah Forsythe

Deborah Forsythe is a specialist bioidentical and body identical hormone Nurse, who has treated thousands of patients in the past 15 years. 

Deborah trained at the renowned Marion Gluck Academy and now helps women with a wide range of hormonal imbalances, including peri-menopause, menopause, PMS and menopausal weight loss. 

She helps patients achieve optimum health and hormonal balance, offering them new hope and opportunity to manage symptoms that they will often have been told were unable to be managed.

Deborah conducts a thorough consultation that includes hormonal testing and diagnosis to create a personal hormonal therapy programme that includes specific skin, hair and sleep requirements.

She has a special interest in menopausal weight loss, inspired by her own experience of weight gain after menopause that took her to a size 18. After addressing her hormone imbalance and making dietary and lifestyle adjustments, she returned to her regular size 8.
